Simon Sajadi
President and Chairman of the Board
Simon Sajadi is multilingual and has a background in financial management and legal advising. He currently serves as CBO of Prompt Agency, s.r.o. in the Slovak Republic. He also served as the CFO of AS SceneTech Sound & Stage Handels-Ges.m.b.H. in Austria, where he oversaw administrative, financial, and strategic operations, including project financing and negotiations. In his time as CFO he helped the company land international partners, such as Dolby, Harman and Waagner Biro. Additionally, as CBO of A&P Management, s.r.o. in the Slovak Republic, Simon focused on business expansion and development, shaping business strategies internationally.

Since 2023, Simon has been an Advisor at the law firm Schiffner & Team in Austria, specializing in legal matters with a focus on immigration and criminal law. His diverse experience blends business acumen with legal expertise, making him a valuable asset in both fields. Simon also serves as an advisor at two prominent law firms in Austria. In this capacity, he provides guidance and leverages his expertise. His advisory roles involve offering insights on business operations and strategies
Reza Vosoughi
Executive Vice President and member of the board
Reza Vosoughi has a background in technology, data science, business, and sales. He holds dual MSc degrees in Business Informatics and Data Science from the TU Wien and a BSc in Information Technology Engineering from the Iran University of Science and Technology. His work experience spans roles such as Digital Transformation Consultant, Product Marketing Manager, and Business Development Consultant, with expertise in sectors including IoT, Industry 4.0, and sustainability. As a Digital Transformation Consultant at Askin Dogan in Vienna, Reza identified innovative technologies for import to Europe. He also served as a Product Marketing Manager at Dormakaba Group in Tehran and Dubai, where he contributed to multiple projects.

Reza’s earlier roles include working as a Business Development Consultant at the Turkish Embassy in Tehran, a Management Consultant for Anglo Asian Mining PLC in Baku, and various other technical and consulting positions. Reza is proficient in multiple languages and possesses strong skills in data analysis, networking, project management, technology evangelism and innovation leadership.
Aref Sajadi
Vice President and Vice Chairman of the board
Aref Sajadi has extensive international experience, having worked with major corporations and government entities. He holds degrees in literature, art history, and management from institutions in Afghanistan, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. His career includes leadership roles such as CEO and founder of A&P Management s.r.o. and Prompt Agency s.r.o. and AS SceneTech Sound & Stage GmbH spanning industries from textiles to management consulting. Currently he is serving as the Executive Director of the Slovak Afghan Chamber of Commerce and as the Vice President of the Afghan European Development Association. He has served as a representative for multiple companies, including Skoda Transportation, NAFTA and Wikov Industry, in the Middle East.

Additionally, Aref has worked closely with ministries like the Slovak Ministry of Economy, serving as their representative in Iran, the Slovak Exterior Ministry, Iran’s Oil Ministry and Afghanistan’s Health Ministry, contributing to development, infrastructure, trade and transportation projects. Aref advised on key projects in Afghanistan, collaborating with organizations like the NATO, USAID, UNDP and Slovak Aid. His multilingual proficiency and cross-cultural expertise enhance his global impact in sectors like business, film production, and international relations.
